DYE SIGN THE POYNTER BROTHERS
San Diego, California - Monday, February 20th, 2017
DYE Precision is proud to announce the signing of top-level players, Kyle and Karl Poynter, better known as the POYNTER BROTHERS.
Hailing from the heart of the Midwest in Central Indiana, the POYNTER BROS come to the DYE family with a huge passion for paintball and intense drive for winning. Kyle has been playing since ‘88, and Karl since ’96, when he was just eight-years-old. Although focused on competition, they both share a strong desire to promote the art and the fundamentals of what the sport is based upon.
For the past five years, no one has been more dominant in the woods than the Poynters. They have guested and led multiple teams to national victories and series titles, including being the originators and leaders of team VIGILANTE, who have amassed an impressive undefeated string of first-place finishes in every five-player tournament entered. In addition, they have won the largest ten-player (UWL International Masters) and five-player (UWL International Cancun) tournaments to date, and are two-time UWL World Cup, three-time UWL Masters, and back-to-back UWL Mexico champions.
Kyle Poynter had this to say about teaming up with DYE:
