DYE Signs Cleveland Imperial

Dye Precision signs Cleveland Imperial

San Diego, California – Tuesday, February 8th, 2017

Dye Precision, an industry leader in groundbreaking, innovative paintball products and markers, has signed Cleveland Imperial for a sponsorship deal for the 2017 season. Imperial will be shooting Dye’s M2 MOSAir markers, using R2 loaders, wearing i5 goggles and playing out of LVL UP Sports Paintball Park in Columbus Ohio.

Cleveland Imperial was established over a decade ago off the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland Ohio. Perhaps the biggest reason for their recent successes, Imperial is a team full of long-time best friends that literally grew up together on the indoor and outdoor paintball fields of the Midwest.

Imperial made a splash in their "return" to tournament paintball back in 2012, winning the PSP Division 4 X-Ball Series Title and beginning their journey up the ranks to Semi-Pro in 2016.  Imperial will compete in NXL Division 2 X-Ball for 2017, but has big plans to become the highest ranked, winningest team in Ohio in the near future.

Captain, Nate Lelle, is excited about this new partnership with DYE. "We can't wait to start competing in our new i5's and M2's. This is a new chapter in the Imperial book, and we know this DYE gear is going to help tell a winning story."

"Imperial has been playing together for so long that their chemistry is the hardest thing to beat on the X-Ball field." Dave Pando, owner of Imperial's practice field LVL UP Sports, adds. "I think this partnership with DYE partnered with their drive to win is going to make everyone in Ohio and it's surrounding areas better this year and for years to come."

Chris Williamson, General Manager of DYE is excited to support and welcome Imperial to the Dye family. "Imperial represents what it means to be local heroes. They stay true to themselves, their brand, and their desire to win. We can't wait to support them for years to come on their way to the Pro division."
