RETURNS:

We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and service. Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your product. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT: 
For all online purchases you can return or exchange products by calling our Customer Care Center at 858-536-5183 x 0

RETURN BY MAIL:
If you purchased directly from us either online at www.dyepaintball.com or by phone from our Customer Care team, and you are within the 2 day return policy, then you may also opt to set-up a Return Authorization Number. ALL PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

• Simply email service@dyeprecision.com with your order number and request a DYE Return Authorization Number which will be used to track your return.

• Alternatively, you can call Dye’s Customer Care at 858-536-5183 x 0 for your DYE Return Authorization Number.

• Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

• We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.

• Please allow 48-hours for Returns to be processed.

DISCLAIMERS:

Technical Playing Gear Warranty Policy: 
Dye Precision, Inc playing gear is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Dye Precision, Inc dealer where the item was originally purchased. If the garment was purchased from www.dyepaintball.com.com, contact Dye Customer Care for Return Authorization. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Dye Precision, Inc Dealer. The Dye Precision, Inc warranty program does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, or shrinking are not covered. Alteration of Dye products will void warranty.

Customized Products:
Personally customized product was created especially for you, so we cannot take returns on these items.

Return Authorization (RA) Number Required:
All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs: 
All Products being returned to Dye Precision will have the shipping paid for by the customer sending product back for return or repair. Dye Precision is not responsible for any non-warranty return shipping costs.

International returns and shipments:
All international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to Dye Precision, as well as any non-warranty shipping costs for items being sent back to them. All brokerage fees, and all duty/import costs that are specific to that country when crossing international borders are the responsibility of the products owner/customer both leaving and entering that country. These are government policies and laws that we do not control, and are not responsible for.

Incorrect, Shortages, or Defective product:
You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 2 days of the date of delivery. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee:
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original packaging/box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition). The minimum fee is 20%.

Items not Directly Purchased from Dye Precision, Inc: 
Items purchased from an Authorized Dye Precision, Inc retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Please Note: 
Products or packages mailed directly to Dye Headquarters without a Return Authorization clearly written on the front of the package will be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.
